She completely no showed to her scheduled appointment for a house cleaning, then tried to blame it on me over ridiculous reasons. It was clear she somehow just forgot, but the unprofessionalism was astounding. Do not ever hire her for anything.

Marcia was a pleasure to have over to my house, she did a good job being a caregiver for me, she helped cook, physical therapy exercise, going out for a walk. Definitely recommend.

Marcia did a very good job. She will not give you a rushed job, but rather takes her time to clean everything that is requested to be cleaned to the best of her ability.

She is a great housekeeping , I hired her to clean my apartment in Long Beach , because my dad was coming over to visit me for the weekend so she cleaned my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, the whole kitchen and the living room , she took 4 hours to complete the job so I pay her 200 dollars appreciation of her hard work so I would definitely recommend her to everyone to hire her , she is very humble and hard working lady

I hired Marcoa for a co.plete cleaning my 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home and SHE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. She cleaned everything from top to bottom and was very professional. She was also very nice, patient and always willing to go the extra distance to perfect the job.

Excellent housekeeper. I have had Marcia clean my place a couple times already and I couldn't be happier! She showed up on time and did everything I asked and more. Aside of being a nice friendly young lady, she worked hard all day deep cleaning and organizing my bachelors apartment. I will definitely have her back again.

Title: Horrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional and Rude

This was my first experience with Care.com, and unfortunately, it was terrible. The lady came twice, and both times I treated her kindly and made sure she was comfortable. However, she was extremely slow—I’ve never seen anyone work so slowly. In the past, I’ve had cleaners who finished everything efficiently without me having to help, but with her, I had to constantly go up and down, pick things off the floor, and basically work alongside her because she wasn’t cleaning properly.

The worst part was when my dog had an accident on the floor. Instead of cleaning it, she said she was tired and wanted to leave, even though the living room wasn’t finished. I had already sent her the full payment through Zelle. When I asked her to at least finish cleaning the floor, she carelessly ran the vacuum cleaner over the dog’s poop, which contaminated my vacuum. She still refused to finish cleaning.

When she finally left, I even gave her an extra $20 out of kindness, but she grabbed the door, slammed it in my face, and walked away. She was unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and slow. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a cleaner.

Summary: Very rude, extremely slow, and unhygienic. I would never recommend this woman to anyone. Care.com should not list her as a cleaner.


Marcia helped me with the tasks I needed done for my holiday weekend. I appreciate her help, but I need someone who works more quickly and thoroughly. Thank you Marcia!

Marcia did everything I ask her to do. I would hire her again thank you.

I sent her  what was to be done with pictures.  She stated that she had cleaning supplies .  She came with 1 towel and a spray bottle for a 4 bedroom house.   She had not even looked at the pictures, She does not know how to clean.  Horrible work and unprepared. I asked that she leave and offered only gas money.
