With two years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I respect each person's independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
