Margaret has been with us for two years (from when our son was 1 until he was 3.5 years old). I cannot speak highly enough of her work ethic and care. She is flexible and always willing to coordinate with our schedules. At times we've had to ask her to care for him longer because of our work schedules, and she never hesitated to be there when we needed her. She communicates often and early, responding to us quickly. If she was planning to take a day off, she'd check in with us many days in advance (sometimes a month) to make sure it would work with us. It was never a problem, but we appreciated her checking to give us enough time to plan ahead. She is easy-going, reliable, and trustworthy. Most of all, she cares for our son as if he's her own. As a parent, that's the best feeling one can have from someone who watches over your child. It has meant a lot to know he is safe and cared for. We recommend her without reservation.
