I offer warm, attentive companionship and supportive care for seniors. While I am not a nurse or a formally certified caregiver, I am CPR trained and have been a massage therapist for nearly 10 years, which helps me stay mindful of safety and physical awareness in caregiving situations. What I bring the most is presence. I genuinely enjoy spending time with people, listening to their stories, and helping them feel seen, heard, and cared for. I go out of my way to create a calm, positive experience - whether that means conversation, companionship, light assistance, or simply being a steady, kind presence in the home. I'm reliable, patient, and naturally nurturing, and I take pride in helping people feel more comfortable and less alone in their day.
