I have experience working with kids in day care setting as well as in home. In my experience there is only one way to supervise and look after kids of different age even toddlers. Being responsible, being attentive, communication, being able to teach them of well behaving and basic concepts of life. Babysitting is hard and persistent work, but I believe it is rewarding also.
