I do prefer 1 time or temp jobs, bi-weekly, 1x per month, e. t. c. I can cover your regular helper's sick days, vacation time, etc. I can respond immediately if an urgent matter is needed. My son J (3 years old) loved spending time with Margo. She made play doe for them to play with. They played games and worked on his colors and shapes. She was so sweet and good with him! Definitely would hire her again and recommend her.
