About Maria

As a recently retired fifth grade teacher with a Masters in Education, I bring a structured yet creative approach to childcare. I have raised 3 children of my own and am active in the lives of my great nieces and nephews, who are ages 1-10. Fostering children's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the families I support. My personality is patient, calm, and approachable, which helps me maintain a nurturing environment for up to three children. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure safety at all times. I love engaging children through educational games, puzzles, outdoor play, and creative crafts. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with light housekeeping. Whether we are exploring new concepts, reading books, playing outdoors or playing board games, I look forward to being a reliable partner in your family's daily life and helping your children thrive.
