MarLou is an incredible caregiver. She is perpetually optimistic, skilled and is laser focused on her job and is not distracted by any dynamic surrounding her. She puts the patient and family first, often sleeping less than she should. Her empathy is not a skill that can be taught and it’s always on display. I highly recommend her.
