I have been work for many years, lots of experience in the house cleaner job, my references is the best one someone can have and I can provide it upon request. I'm very flexible, I love pets and kids. In my job I use to do a general cleaning like kitchen, bathrooms, dust vacuum window seals, baseboards, organize etc. I usually to make a interview to talk with the owner to take a look of the house to make sure exactly what their preferences in terms of the cleaning and schedule. She came out to look at my 1000 foot apartment and stated that she wanted $180 per clean to clean every other week.  This was way over her stated $25 rate. Past cleaners have finished in two hours. So she wanted $90 an hour! Outrageous!!!  I did not hire her

Maria and I chatted via message on Care.com. We agreed to meet at my house to go over the job. She arrived on time, I was ten minutes late picking up my daughter from school, but I let her know that and she seemed understanding. Our interview was pleasant and I told her what I was looking for. We toured the house.  We ended the conversation like this, she told me she'd text me references ASAP and she might be able to help me on a Fridays. The next day, I never heard from her so I texted via Care.com and asked her to kindly let me know either way if it was a good fit because I needed to hire someone quickly. 
That was a few days ago and NO RESPONSE. Please don't waste people's time. I totally understand if the job doesn't fit the schedule or it's not something of interest, But I finding ignoring someone Very unprofessional. A text message with a NO thank you, would have been sufficient.
As far as the job she does, I can't speak to that because I never had the opportunity.
