Hello! I am a young, responsible person who loves working with children. I've spent my time as a nanny caring for kids ranging from 8 months to 7 years old, including children with autism and non-verbal communication needs. My day-to-day includes meal prep, driving to therapy appointments, and school pickups but honestly, the best part of the job is the small stuff: the sticky high-fives at the door, the proud grin when a kid finally nails a word they've been working on, the quiet trust that builds when a non-verbal child starts reaching for your hand instead of pulling away. I've learned to read a room (and a kid) fast, knowing when to talk less and just be present, and when to celebrate loudly because they earned it. My biggest accomplishment isn't one moment, it's the pattern, parents coming home to a calm house and a kid who's had a good day, every day.
