About Mariah

Hi there! I'm Mariah, a single mom to a sweet 4-year-old and a Level 2 para-educator with the Highline School District. I currently work in an elementary school supporting children with special needs/IEPs, English learners, and general-education students who need a little extra help. I've spent over 10 years working with children, including several years as a Pre-K teacher, multiple private nanny roles, and summer support for a family who can provide a reference. I also privately tutored a 3rd grader last year in reading and math, and that family is happy to offer a reference as well. I come from a big family with plenty of little ones, so caring for children has always been a natural part of my life. I don't smoke, I have my own reliable car, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm available Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday evenings after 4:30 p.m. I have a cleared Care background check and would love to connect if you think I might be a good fit for your family! Warmly, Mariah
