Hi, my name is Luisa. I am a recently retired Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. In my most recent role, I worked with seniors in a PACE Program, supporting their health, safety, and overall well-being. Although I am retired from nursing, I still enjoy helping people maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I am seeking part-time caregiving work because it allows me to stay connected With others while providing meaningful support in a less stressful schedule. My nursing background has given me strong skills in communication, compassion, organization, and recognizing the needs of those in my care. I am Dependable, patient, active, and attentive. I enjoy hiking and staying physically active, and I would be happy to encourage and assist others with activities that promote independence and well -being.
