Hello! I've been teaching, tutoring and mentoring young people for more than 20 years. As a college professor I have taught remedial reading and writing as well as Freshman writing and Literature courses. For the past three years I have taught ESL to adults and High School level History, English and Science through NYS GED courses. I am also a reading volunteer. I can help strengthen reading and writing skills for grades k-college level, and math skills k-3. I have two young children of my own (one elementary level, one middle school) and will work within the curriculum of your child's school as well as use outside materials to make things easier and fun. I am also proficient in elementary math, social studies, reading and language arts!
