Denisse (her middle and preferred name) has been with our family for about 3.5 years, caring for our son since he was seven months old and, more recently, our infant daughter too. We're only parting ways because we're relocating out of state. Otherwise, we'd never let her go. She is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She has a strong background in childhood education and an extensive history working with and caring for young children. She's attentive, responsible, and truly invested in our kids' happiness and development, always planning age-appropriate activities and offering guidance I needed as a new mom. She's taught our son Spanish, giving him a wonderful bilingual foundation, and he loves spending time at her home with her family. It's become a real "home away from home" for him. Beyond childcare, Denisse takes full ownership of keeping kids' things organized, restocking, managing the kids' clothes, and communicating proactively and openly about schedules and needs.
