I am a very outgoing, caring, and responsible person who truly loves working with children. I have 10 years of experience working with children, and I was a preschool teacher in Ecuador. This experience taught me how to understand children's needs, encourage their development, and create fun and educational activities I am patient, energetic, and enjoy creating a positive and safe environment where children can learn, play, and feel comfortable. I also understand how important it is to respect each family's parenting style. I always follow the instructions, routines, and rules established by the parents, and I believe in open and respectful communication. My goal is to be a trustworthy and dependable person whom parents feel comfortable leaving their children with
