About Maria

Hi! I'm a Colombian caregiver fluent in both English and Spanish with 6 years of experience working with children. I currently work at a Spanish immersion school as a part time float teacher, supporting children from 1-year-old through 8th grade. My experience also includes nannying, babysitting, daycare work, and coaching with Girls on the Run. I love helping children learn and explore through play, creativity, and hands-on activities. One of my favorite parts of working with kids is going on adventures with them, whether that's exploring parks, visiting playgrounds, doing crafts, reading books, or finding fun ways to learn about the world around us. I am CPR certified and currently a full-time Mechanical Engineering student. This summer, I am looking for some extra babysitting and nannying opportunities and would love to connect with families.
