I'd describe my personality as, kind, affectionate and encouraging. I like working with kids because I find it incredibly fulfilling to play a role in a child's development and growth. In the last 20 years, watching them learn, discover, and evolve is a constant source of joy for me. It's amazing to be a part of their early years, witnessing their first steps, first words, and helping them navigate the world around them. I'm looking for a job that provides stability for both the employer and myself. I started working with kids when I moved from Venezuela in 2003, since I've been working in child care and adult care. In my spare time, I like to expend time with my family and take care of my mother. One thing you should know about me is I don't understand and speak English My skills include - Respectful person - I can drive and use my vehicle in case I need to transport or pick up anyone - Able to travel if needed - Follow rules - Easy to adapt
