About Maria Sol

Hello! My name is Maria Sol and I am a postpartum doula offering both daytime postpartum support and overnight newborn care for families on the Treasure Coast. I have a passion for supporting parents during the early weeks with a new baby. I help with newborn care, feedings, diaper changes, soothing baby, and light baby-related tasks so parents can rest and recover. During overnight care, I attend to your baby throughout the night and bring baby to you for feedings if needed, allowing you to get much-needed sleep. I am calm, nurturing, and dependable, and I love helping families feel confident and supported during the postpartum transition.
