About Maria

Hi! I'm Maria, a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking college graduate with a degree in Industrial Design, earned honors laude. I have been babysitting since age 15 and have professional childcare experience caring for children from 5 months to 5 years old. As a tennis coach and former NCAA captain, I have also guided children and teenagers ages 4-17, helping them build confidence, skills, and discipline. I have experience supporting children with disabilities and understand that every child deserves patient, attentive, and individualized care. I genuinely love working with children and bring warmth, creativity, energy, and compassion into the home. I am dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and communicate with parents. I enjoy planning creative activities, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, maintaining routines, and creating a safe, positive environment.
