My patience, kindness, and love for children makes caregiving a joyful experience for both parties. My sense of responsibility and mindful boundary setting help me act effectively and instill values of respect in the developing child. I have experience working with seniors with dementia, and am looking to gain more experience working with children. I'd describe my personality as empathic, gentle, and organized I like working with kids because getting to be a part of the most crucial stage of their development is such an honor. It motivates me to be the best influence I can be and brings me great joy to see it pay off.
