About Marilia

Hello! My name is Marilia, and caring for children is more than a job for me, it is something I truly love and feel called to do. I have three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities in a clinical setting, plus experience of seven months as a Teacher's Aide supporting students with special needs. My greatest strength is building genuine connections with children. I believe progress begins with trust, patience, and understanding each child's unique personality and needs. As a Christian, I see supporting children with special needs and their families as a meaningful purpose in my life. I am CPR and First Aid certified and experienced in communication, emotional regulation, positive behavior, and engaging activities. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and happy while giving parents peace of mind.
