About Marilyn

Hi, my name is Marilyn Onofre! I've been working with children since I was 16 years old and have developed a genuine passion for providing a safe, caring, and supportive environment for kids. I have experience working at a tutoring center, where I cared for five children at a time during summer camp, as well as experience working with children with special needs. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, flexibility, and understanding each child's individual needs. In the future, I plan to pursue a degree in pediatric nursing because I've always loved working with children and helping them feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I enjoy problem solving and making sure I'm attentive to the needs of every child I work with, and my goal is always to make sure they feel safe, heard, and valued while in my care :)
