She has waiting until I was at the property at her scheduled time to ask me to reschedule for 4 hours later because her helper was late. I took the time yesterday to confirm the time and job with her online last night, and she still waiting until after I was here to shift. This is a waste of two hours of my day to be here preparing for her services.
