About Marissa

Hi! I am a current graduate student completing my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, with a passion for dignified care and happiness throughout the lifespan. Although I do not have any paid experience, I completed a 6-wk fieldwork through Quinnipiac at an assisted living and memory care facility, with a focus on psychosocial health of the residents. Currently, my fieldwork is in the hospital setting, working with patients of varying diagnoses and conditions. With this through school, I am looking for some other ways to spend my time doing the things I love, helping others do their activities of daily living, and earn a bit of money to help through school. I am energetic, positive while realistic, and have a focus on safety and participation in life's joys. I'd love to help you and your loved ones out!
