About Markeila

Hello! My name is Markeila, and I am a graduate of the University of Georgia. I currently work as a fourth and fifth grade teacher, where I have the opportunity to support students both academically and socially each day. In addition to teaching, I served as a Georgia 4-H Camp Counselor for three years, which allowed me to work closely with children in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. I have also worked in an after-school program, giving me experience supervising children, helping with homework, planning activities, and building positive relationships with families. I am responsible, patient, energetic, and passionate about working with children. I enjoy creating a safe and enjoyable environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun.
