About Marlene

Hello, my name is Marlene I'm 64 years old, I'm from Brazil and I speak Portuguese as my first language, I'm also fluent in Spanish. I'm very experienced in child Education. For 12 years I worked as a manager and housekeeper of a girls home where I cared for 35 girls aged 0-12 without families or victims of sexual abuse. I also worked for a year as a Portuguese teacher. I'm the Creator of the Pedagogical Workshop for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. I worked for many years between Brazil and the US giving speeches at churches and schools, working with parents, teachers and kids. After years studying and working in the area, I wrote, in 2015, my first Pedagogical Book on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention in Brazil and a few years later in 2021 I wrote my second book by international publishing company. I recently moved to the US and I'm looking for a full-time job. I'm a good cook, comfortable with pets and I'm happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping.
