About Marquisa

I would describe myself as a caring, patient, dependable, and nurturing person who genuinely enjoys working with children. I am attentive to their individual needs and understand the importance of creating a safe, loving, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I am responsible and organized, and I take pride in being someone parents can trust. I believe in maintaining structure and routines while also making time for play, creativity, learning, and meaningful interactions. I am patient when children are learning or having difficult moments, and I always try to communicate with kindness and understanding. I am also a strong communicator and believe that building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents is very important. My goal as a nanny would be to provide dependable care while becoming a positive and supportive part of the child's everyday life.
