About Marsha

My deep passion for nurturing young minds and helping them grow in a safe, loving environment. From an early age, I found joy in caring for younger family members and witnessing their development. These experiences sparked a desire to make a difference in the lives of children, not just through meeting their basic needs, but by supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive growth. The sense of responsibility and privilege that comes with being trusted to care for a child is a major motivator for me. Knowing that I play a key role in a child's development drives me to give my best in every caregiving situation. Patience, compassion, and a nurturing spirit are central to my caregiving approach. Children need caregivers who are dependable, kind, and understanding, and I strive to embody those qualities. I am also motivated by my CPR and CNA certifications, which give me confidence in providing not just daily care but also ensuring the safety and well-being of the children I care for.
