About Martha

Hi! My name is Martha and I am currently switching careers to become an elementary school teacher. I have two girls, ages 7 and 10 1/2. My passion for helping children learn and grow inspired me to become a caregiver. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I love playing all sorts of games with kids, whether they're educational or just plain fun. I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day and any issues that come up, and I always follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience with all age groups. You can trust me to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I've taken coursework in early childhood development. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping. I'm excited to meet you and your family and learn more about your childcare needs!
