Hi, I am Martha, I am a caregiver with 10 years of experience. I am bilingual. I describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and personable. First, I make sure that I treat every person as I would like my own family (the elders) to be treated, even if I am not treated with the respect that I give. Secondly, I like to ensure that I am always patient and when I feel my patience running low (rarely), I take a 5 minute break to breath and regroup myself. I make sure that the person I am caring for always has their needs met regardless of how I am feeling. Lastly, I describe myself as personable because I am a bubbly person who can mesh well with everyone. My passion comes from my work field.
