After contacting and interviewing Martina, we hired her. Our father is 96 years old and needs 24/7 care and cannot be without assistance, so we explained how important it is for her to be there on her start date. Today, on her start date, she sent us a text that she won't be able to work and that we should find another caregiver. Professional caregivers don't act like this - I recommend that you stay clear of this unprofessional person and her behavior.
