Mary ‘Mike’ has watched our 1 year old 2-3 days a week for 10 months now, but my work hours are changing going forward. She is patient and thoughtful and very interactive with our daughter who always has a big smile on her face whenever Mike arrives. Mike is always thinking of new ways for them to play and new things to work on for her development. She also helps out with dishes and light cleaning which has been an added bonus. I would highly recommend Mike to another family.
