This girl has A LOT of growing up to do before she should be trusted with anyone's children or schedule for that matter. She's cancelled on me 3 times in a row, with a different excuse each time. The one full shift she did show up to, she was doing a zoom class on her computer, which I said was unacceptable. Olivia is highly unprofessional and a poor communicator. I would not recommend her.
