About Mary

My name is Mary Cate and I am from the western suburbs of Chicago. I am a recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame where I studying Psychology and Business Economics. Following my graduation, I am beginning my Master's of Science in Nursing degree at Rush University in January of 2026. I have been babysitting throughout high school and college and have experience babysitting children from ages 2-10. I love entertaining kids whether it be at the park, reading books, playing games, or any activities like cooking and crafts. Whether you're looking for an as-needed nanny or as a scheduled nanny, I am available! Further, I have also worked at an assisted living facility as a resident assistant for the past year where I assisted in activities of daily life, escorts, bathing, transports, and dressing. I learned how to work with the elder population with compassion, patience, and understanding and am looking to help with home care!
