I recently resigned from my teaching position with the intention of working for families in their homes, given the state of today's world and COVID-19. My work can include home school consulting, assisting with virtual learning, behavior intervention, special education services, giving music lessons, or after school homework help. I am also happy to just stick with simple babysitting and being a home aid to parents! I am originally from Iowa and moved to NYC for college. Mary is one of the most talented educators I know. She can related to any type of learning style and adjust curriculum accordingly. She helped my son transition to high high school and the challenging environment seamlessly. Mary is also a dream for a parent. Guiding me along the way with her compassion, caring, understanding the brain of a teen and psychology of parenting. I would recommend her 100%.
