Matilda was knowledgeable, focused, and made re helpful than we ever could have imagined. She honored our requests and provided the services needed, but never hesitated to suggest improvements or better ways to provide care to our loved one. She also volunteered to do more than we asked for, such as food prep, kitchen cleanup, and socially engaging the patient for the entirety of her shift. She took to our family and we did the same in return. Such an incredibly caring and loving spirit. I’d recommend her to anyone who needs home healthcare.
