About Matthew

Hi, my name is Matthew. I am an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and Water Safety Instructor with over 5 years of experience working with children. I am currently finishing my degree in Education and have a strong passion for helping kids grow, learn, and build confidence. I have taught hundreds of students through swim lessons, youth programs, and one-on-one instruction. My approach is patient, structured, and supportive, and I know how to adapt to different learning styles and needs. I also have experience working with children of varying abilities and creating a safe, positive environment. I am reliable, communicative, and take pride in building trust with both kids and parents.
