We hired Maxi as our full time nanny to care for our 18m old. As she was great at light housekeeping she did not engage enough with our daughter in terms of reading books/ doing activities to keep her entertained and engaged while I worked. Maxi also quit abruptly after 5 short weeks with no notice. I would not hire if you are looking for a reliable nanny for your family.
