About Maya

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, understanding, ambitious! I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Caring for seniors allows me to make a meaningful difference while building relationships and providing support during an important stage of life. I'm looking for a job where I can grow, feel valued, contribute to a team, and build skills while working in a positive environment. I started caring for seniors when I first became a CNA. When I was younger I was living in the moment and I never thought about things that can potentially happen when you get older. So when I became a CNA it was an eye opener for me! In my spare time, I like to write, read, watch movies, exercise, and do self care! One thing you should know about me is I'm very creative! I used to be an activities assistant! My skills include companion care, ADL's, and cooking!
