About Maya

As a caregiver, my passion stems from my great babysitting experiences and my upbringing in a large family where I discovered my love for spending time with kids. As a college athlete I work well under pressure and love it when I can play sports with kids! My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text messages or phone calls, whichever method they prefer. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a very wide range of entertainment and likely enjoy whatever they choose! With two years of experience and the ability to care for multiple children at once, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for your family.
