About Mayra

I'm passionate about caring for children and have 18 years of experience as a childcare provider. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. My previous babysitting roles were very positive, and I truly enjoy fostering children's growth and development. I believe clear communication is essential. I provide written daily reports and have verbal communication at pickup, but I'm happy to follow the parents' preferred communication method. As for household rules, I follow the parents' lead. Every family is different, and I adapt to their parenting style. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, such as outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time. I have experience with all age groups from infants to preteens. I'm CPR trained and First Aid certified. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets. I speak both English and Spanish.
