About Megan

I nanny kiddos in my house and only take one family at a time. I have one child myself. E. is 2. 5 and loves playing outside, crafts, and exploring. I have a fenced in yard and live next to a playground a pool. During the summer, we spend as much time as possible outside exploring. I find that outside time is the best way for children to learn. I have 2 8-year-old dogs, Nova a chocolate lab, and Eliza, a Boston terrier, they mostly keep to themselves, but adore kids. We live in Rockton IL. I love working with kids because they have such amazing little minds. Their world's are filled with wonder, creativity and happiness. I started working with kids when I was 16. My neighbor needed help watching their kids and I that's when I fell in love with childcare. I have nannied full time for 3 different families. I am Early Childhood Educator, CPR, and First Aid certified. I am also getting my Master's of Education through the University of Illinois!
