About Megan

Hello! I am Megan, I am currently a nursing student. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, lively, and friendly. In my spare time, I like to study, going to the gym, or playing golf! I'm looking for a job where I am able to be of service in whatever form a family may need to be. I started working with kids when I was around 13 years old as a volunteer in the childcare at my church. I would assist in diaper changes, snack time, and putting down for naps. Later, I began privately babysitting and nannying for families at my church. Beyond babysitting and nannying, I was a certified lifeguard for 3 years and a StarFish Swim instructor for 2 years. I am well rounded in my knowledge about pool safety, providing first aid, and risk prevention. I am passionate about safety and want to leave parents with peace of mind when their child is in my care. I currently hold an American Heart Association BLS Certification that covers CPR, Choking, and AED use.
