About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I began babysitting over 15 years ago and have worked with children across a wide range of ages and needs ever since. For the past nine years, I have worked professionally with children and teens with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. I bring a calm, patient, and nurturing presence and am very comfortable supporting emotional regulation, transitions, routines, and social skills. My approach is warm, play based, and relationship focused. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported, and I prioritize building trust and connection. Whether playing, helping with homework, supporting daily routines, or simply being a steady and caring adult, I aim to meet each child where they are.
