Megan worked for me for six months starting in September 2022. Our three children at the time were eight months old and twin 5 year olds. Megan is very nice and had good availability. The kids enjoyed playing with her. However, I do not think that three kids this young was an appropriate fit for her. My husband was working from home at the time and could be there for emergencies and assistance. We needed someone more independent with the young kids and decided to let her go.
