Hi there! My name is Megan and I'd describe my personality as outgoing, organized, nurturing, and kind. I like working with kids because every day is different. They bring so much energy and curiosity, and it is incredibly rewarding to watch them learn and grow. I love to create a safe environment by building trusting relationships and helping parents alleviate even small amounts of stress. I'm looking for a job that values open communication, mutual respect, and a positive environment where children can have fun, learn, and feel supported by an additional trusted adult. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old, but have been around children my entire life. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, do hot yoga, and spend time with my family and friends! One thing you should know about me is I am a hard worker who prioritizes the people around me. My skills include communication, reliability, and patience.
