About Megan

Greetings! My name is Meg. My experience in caring for elderly patients began in 2006 as an Emergency Room Patient Care Technician for Northside Hospital while completing Nursing School. I worked for Northside until 2015. In 2015, I decided to become a History Teacher. I was in Education from 2015 until recently. I have followed my heart back to Healthcare. I believe I can serve people better by providing the care and compassion every human deserves. I'd describe my personality as personable, lighthearted, and compassionate. Caring for seniors is the best because I love hearing of their life experiences. The stories I have listened to are priceless. I love "The Old Days" when people communicated by hand written letters, and a handshake could be trusted. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, refurbish old furniture, gardening, and paint. One thing you should know about me is I am a Mom. My skills include medication management, hygiene/self care, and companionship.
