About Megan

I am an energetic and creative childcare provider with over seven years of experience caring for families of all shapes and sizes. While pursuing a degree in psychology at the University of Michigan, I worked as a teacher's assistant at the Towsley Children's House, which provides daycare to university staff. At Towsley, I cared for children ranging from toddler to pre-kindergartener, learning how to thoughtfully and effectively guide them through their developmental stages from potty training to fine motor skills. Following graduation, I moved to Madrid, Spain, to work as an au pair for a family of five. There, I cared for a7-year-old girl and her2-year-old twin brothers. While bridging a language barrier and new cultural norms, this experience taught me the importance of establishing routines and to always expect the unexpected. In the years following my time abroad, I have continued to babysit for and build longstanding relationships with families.
