Megan starting babysitting for us when my middle was a baby and my oldest was just a toddler (and then we had our third and she babysat for all 3!). Megan is an exemplary nanny: she is extremely professional, a self-starter, creative, and even gave me advice to help with some of my youngest's speech/early development. She recognized their own individual needs while still being fun and responsible for their overall well being. I miss Megan so much and I would highly recommend her for any nannying/babysitting position for all age ranges. My children loved seeing her and being with her, it's just so hard to top that!!
