About Megan

Hi! I have experience working with children in educational, recreational, and caregiving settings. My childcare journey began as a babysitter in high school and has continued through roles as a public library aide, Transitional Kindergarten instructional aide, after-school program assistant, summer program assistant, and elementary school librarian. I completed Child Development coursework and enjoy supporting children's learning and growth. Previously, I led Family Storytimes using books, songs, and my ukulele, helping engage children and their families while building positive relationships. Today, I work with students from Pre-K through 5th grade, creating welcoming experiences through read-alouds, music, and meaningful interactions. I would say families appreciate my caring and enthusiastic nature. I strive to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to have fun.
